  • According to the Global Talent Competitiveness Index (INSEAD), Luxembourg ranks 8th out of 135 countries. The country gains 3 places compared to 2023 and positions itself well ahead of its neighbors (Belgium 15th, Germany 17th and France 19th) and even the United States (9th). Within the “attracting talent” pillar, the country ranks 1st globally with a score of 100 out of 100.
  • According to the IMD World Talent Ranking, Luxembourg ranks 2nd among countries that develop, attract, and retain the best talents needed by companies to grow and remain competitive.

This study highlights the country’s strong performance in safety and security, salary and employment, career prospects, healthcare, as well as travel and transport.
