Partnerships
In the framework of the organisation of events or projects with a strong international visibility, to promoting Luxembourg and putting forward the priorities of creativity, diversity and sustainability, you can partner with the LuXembourg – Let’s make it happen initiative.
If your project or event:
– Enjoys high international visibility;
– Is in line with Luxembourg’s three priority themes of creativity, diversity and sustainability;
– Aims to promote and showcase the values and faces of Luxembourg on an international scale and to promote Luxembourg know-how;
– Is not primarily intended to promote a product, service, company or brand,
we invite you to submit your request for co-financing to cover your communication costs and the provision of equipment within the deadlines of submission of dossiers, as published below. Please note that there must be a two-month gap between the date of the partnership council meeting and the start date of your project or event.
WHAT YOU CAN DO NOW
Brand
In order to promote Luxembourg, you can use the Luxembourg Signature and its graphic elements as a co-branding, i.e. in addition to your visual identity.
See the possibilities of using the brand in the tool
Material request
In order to promote your event, you can borrow your equipment by choosing from the existing range of promotional material: arches, beach-flags, banners, tarpaulins, roll ups, etc.
Check out the promotional material available here.
Use of multimedia resources
To make it easier for you to promote Luxembourg, you can use the existing multimedia resources on Luxembourg: photos, videos, publications, etc.
Consult the toolbox here.
Application for funding
In order to support you in your actions to promote Luxembourg, financial aid can be considered. The allocation of this aid is subject to specific conditions and criteria.
For a co-financing request, we kindly ask you to attach the following information and documents to your partnership application:
1. A detailed international communications plan, including references and expected media impact (e.g. press reviews, official press releases, etc.).
2. An estimate for the communication tools envisaged (communication campaign, media plan, etc.).
3. A detailed project budget (covering all estimated costs).
Please note: if co-financing is granted, the budget allocated will only be applied to communication costs: the financial compensation can therefore only be used for the project’s communication costs in order to optimise its international visibility.
